Reliable Asset Solutions for the Manufacturing Sector

West Auctions serves as a critical bridge in the industrial supply chain. We assist machine shops, fabrication plants, and large-scale manufacturers in managing their lifecycle assets. When a facility closes or upgrades its production line, we ensure those valuable assets find a new home rather than ending up as scrap. This circular economy benefits buyers looking for affordable, industrial-grade equipment to scale their own operations.

Our team understands the complexity of industrial sales, from 3-phase power requirements to the logistics of moving 20-ton presses. We organize our catalogs to make it easy to find specific categories like welding stations, air compression systems, or material handling carts. By offering a consistent volume of industrial auctions, we help American manufacturers stay competitive with lower capital expenditures.

Frequently Asked Questions
Do you sell CNC machines with software?
CNC machines are sold with the hardware and controls present. Software licenses are generally non-transferable and typically not included. Buyers should assume they will need to license software separately.
Is rigging available for heavy machinery?
West Auctions does not provide rigging services, but we often provide a list of local third-party riggers for specific auctions. For heavy industrial items, professional rigging is often mandatory for liability and safety reasons.
Can I power up the machines during inspection?
If the facility is still energized, we may allow machines to be powered up for inspection. However, cutting chips or running full production cycles is generally not permitted. Check the specific auction details.
Are tooling and vices included with the machines?
Unless explicitly stated or photographed in the specific lot, tooling, tool holders, and vices are usually sold as separate lots. Do not assume accessories are included with the main machine.
What happens if I can't remove the item by the deadline?
Removal deadlines are strict in industrial liquidations due to lease exits or building transfers. Failure to remove items on time may result in abandonment and forfeiture of funds. Please plan your logistics carefully.
Do you verify the specifications of the machinery?
We list specifications based on the data plate or seller information. However, due to potential aftermarket modifications or repairs, we recommend you verify critical specs like voltage, phase, and capacity during inspection.
