Why do I need to update my account?
Because we’ve moved to a new system, we weren’t able to carry over your old password or payment method for security reasons. You’ll just need to reset your password and add a payment method to start bidding again—it only takes a few minutes.
What if I already had an account? Do I need to create a new one?
No need to start from scratch. Just enter the email you used on the old site, and we’ll walk you through the steps to migrate your account to the new platform.
What if I never had an account before?
Welcome! You can set up a new account in just a few steps. Once you’re registered, you’ll be ready to start bidding when auctions resume in January.
Will my past bidding history and purchases carry over?
Your account history won’t be visible on the new platform right away. We’re working to bring over important records and may offer a history view in the future. For now, feel free to contact us if you need information from a previous purchase.
How do I raise my bidding limit?
All new users start with a $1,500 bid limit. To raise your bid limit to $5,000, you can verify your identity or place a refundable hold to request a higher limit. Once a record of responsible bidding and timely payments has been established, your bid limit will be removed entirely.
What payment options do I have now?
We’ve added support for credit card, ACH, wire, and cash payments. ACH, wire, and cash get you a 3% discount on the buyer’s premium. You can manage your preferred payment methods directly in your account.
Can I still pay in person or by wire transfer?
Absolutely. Contact our office during normal business hours to arrange for cash or wire transfers. We're open Monday through Friday, 9:00 am to 5:00 pm with the exception of Holidays. Messages received during non-business hours will be responded to on the next business day.
What if I have trouble signing in or updating my account?
